Voters in the Brighton school district will decide tomorrow whether to accept or reject a 4.9 percent tax increase.
Approval will require a super-majority vote, because the increase is larger than the state's 2 percent cap on annual increases.
The district says the cost of state mandates and other factors are behind the big request.
