Former Rochester Housing Authority Board Chairman George Moses in Court

Former Rochester Housing Authority board chairman George Moses has pleaded not guilty to new charges.

A federal grand jury indicted him for allegedly lying twice to the FBI, and he was in court this morning.

Moses was previously indicted on money laundering and wire fraud charges.

Moses and former Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden were accused of pocketing tens of thousands of dollars from the RHA.

McFadden pleaded guilty last month.
