Gov. Cuomo Announces Funding for Gang Violence Prevention Programs

Governor Cuomo says more than five million bucks will be going to gang violence prevention programs across the state.

In Monroe County, the Urban League of Rochester and Pathstone Corporation will receive funding.

Money will be used to help at-risk kids get their high school diploma and offer them occupational skills training.

The program was announced during Governor Cuomo's State of the State address this year.
