Rochester police have released the name of the man who was shot and killed yesterday evening on Maryland Street.
Eighteen-year-old Rayquan Jones was shot in a parked car -- about a mile from the spot on Magee Avenue where Jalen Everett was shot and killed in a car on Saturday night.
Police have announced no arrests in either the shooting, and police have not said if they believe the shootings are connected.
Everett was tried twice and ultimately acquitted in the mass shooting outside the Boys and Girls Club in 2015.
