Cult Group NXIVM Leader On Trial This Week

A motion from accused cult leader Keith Raniere's legal team was denied, as he requested images of alleged child pornography be suppressed. Prosecutors say they involved a then 15-year-old girl who then became one of Raniere's first sex slaves.

He faces a series of charges; forced labor, sex trafficking, wire fraud and racketeering, all through his "self help" group NXIVM which was based out of Albany, NY.
