Rochester City school board member Judith Davis says the community has been denied a voice in the superintendent search, and she wants the board to start over. Davis says the process didn't allow the community to recommend a candidate.
And she notes questions for this weekend's public forums with the finalists are being screened in advance. The four finalists were chosen by a search firm hired by the school board.
Davis is calling for a "reset" in the search process. She spoke today at a news conference with three like-minded people running for board seats this year.
The four finalists will be in town for public forums this weekend.
