Arrest Made in Connection With Rochester Apartment Building Fire

Investigators have made an arrest in the fire last month at a three-story apartment building in Rochester.

Caitlynn Acoff is accused of setting the fire around 4 a.m. at 976 Monroe Avenue. Authorities say she set fire to a door in a hallway with a cigarette lighter. The fire reportedly injured three firefighters and one other person.

Acoff pleaded not guilty this morning to charges of arson, assault and reckless endangerment.
