Man Indicted on Charges for 2015 Hit and Run in Rochester

A man who was recently sentenced to life in prison for a double homicide in Maine is now facing criminal charges in Rochester.

David Marble Jr. was indicted this week on charges he left the scene of an accident that involved serious injury.

The hit-and-run occurred in July 2015 on Upper Falls Boulevard. Marble allegedly struck pedestrian Currie Clanton and drove away. Clanton suffered broken bones and a head injury.

The two murders in Maine happened five months later, on Christmas Eve 2015.
