Operator of Limo Company Involved in Deadly Schoharie Crash in Court

The operator of the limousine company involved in a deadly Schoharie crash has pleaded not guilty. Nauman Hussain was in court yesterday after being indicted last week on second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges.

The judge said Hussain's trial will start in September.

Twenty people were killed last October after the limo went through an intersection and crashed into an embankment.
