Rochester Bike Sharing Back in Business for Third Season

For the third year in a row, “bike sharing” is returning to Rochester.

Mayor Lovely Warren announced today that Zagster will be placing a total of 350 bikes at locations across the city where riders can pay a dollar to use the bikes for 15 minutes. The company is also introducing new annual and monthly memberships.

Nearly 17,000 users combined to take 54,000 trips last year, just about doubling ridership from the system’s first year of operation in 2017.
