Rochester Woman Pleads Not Guilty In Deadly Hudson Ave. Crash

A Rochester woman has pleaded not guilty to charges in the crash last month that killed a Lyft driver.

Mary Singhavong was indicted last week on multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault, plus manslaughter, DWI and driving without a license.

Police say she ran a red light February 3rd in her cross-over vehicle and hit three other cars at the intersection of Norton Street and Hudson Avenue.

The crash killed Lyft driver Eric Jones of Greece. His passenger, and a passenger in Singhavong's vehicle, were seriously injured.
