Cuomo Approves Funding to Fix Roads Ruined by Winter Weather

After a snowy winter that appears to be going into overtime, Governor Cuomo's office has announced extra state funding for rebuilding roads affected by the harsh weather.

An extra $128 million will be allocated to 91 paving and road rebuilding projects statewide. That includes about $13 million for the Finger Lakes and Rochester areas. Some major roads that will benefit include Lehigh Station Road and Route 19 in Monroe County.
