Gov. Cuomo outlines State Tax Cut Proposal at JCC in Brighton

Governor Cuomo is traversing the state with his pitch for tax relief.

Today at the JCC in Brighton he again pledged to make permanent the 2 percent annual cap on property tax increases.

And he promised to cut state income tax rates for people earning up to $300,000. Cuomo also vowed to work with Democrats in Congress to reverse the new limit on federal tax deductions for state and local taxes.
