Michael Socciarelli was accused of raping the girl last April after providing alcohol to four teenagers at a party. State police arrested him in August and discovered child porn on his cell phone.
A jury found him guilty of first- and third-degree rape, sex abuse, and counts of criminal sex act. He was acquitted of two other criminal sex act counts. Socciarelli faces sentencing April 11.
