Police say charges are likely for a man who crashed his car into a tree after a police chase in Greece.
At last check, the man was in critical condition. He's identified as 20-year-old Jimmy Montgomery.
According to police, he refused to stop for police on West Ridge Road early yesterday morning, then got on 390 and crashed at the Vintage Lane exit.
Montgomery was knocked out and his vehicle caught fire.
