Driver Charged With DWI Following Early Morning Crash in Rochester

Charges are being filed following a crash between a car and a Trailways bus early this morning in Rochester.

Police say 31-year-old Jorge Rossi is accused of driving drunk and running a red light at the intersection of Main Street and Clinton Avenue, before hitting the bus.

No one on the bus was hurt. But a passenger in Rossi’s car was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Rossi has been charged with DWI.
