Holly Colino Judged Unable to Stand Trial

Holly Collino will not stand trial for the murder of a woman in Brockport last year. A court has again found her unable to stand trial for reason of mental illness.

Two doctors found Collino has a dangerous mental illness that requires her to be held in custody until she's judged competent to stand trial. She will be reviewed every six months to see if that's still the case.

Assistant District Attorney Perry Duckles says she will remain in a secure facility until doctors say her condition has changed.

Collino shot Megan Dix of Orleans County to death as she sat, eating her lunch, in Brockport.
