A child is recovering from minor injuries at Strong Memorial Hospital after being pinned under a car this afternoon in Pittsford.
The incident happened at Linden Oaks in a parking lot. A driver confused the gas and the brake, went down an embankment and hit the six-year-old child. Firefighters used air bags to lift the car and Brighton Fire Chief Aaron Hiller says it was a tricky operation.
So far, no charges have been filed.
