Trial Date Set in Sodus Double Homicide Case

A trial date has been set for the man charged in connection with a double homicide in Sodus. 

Timothy Dean is charged with murder for the deaths last Fall of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn.

Dean is accused of conspiring with his wife, Charlene Childers, and a Texas police officer named Bron Bohlar to kill the Sodus Couple after Childers lost custody of her two children to Niles. 

Dean's trial has been scheduled for May.  Wayne Co. Assistant District Attorney Christine Callanan says he was recently in court for a motions hearing.
