Police: Man Injected Heroin in Mall Parking Lot With Toddler in Car

Deputies say a Rochester man is accused of injecting heroin in the parking lot of Eastview Mall with a toddler inside the car. Ontario County Sheriff's deputies said they were called around 6:35 p.m. for the report of a man using a needle in a car with a young child. Deputies say, when they arrived, they found a Jakob Pallock, 26, injecting heroin into his arm. Pallock's two-year-old daughter was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle. Pallock is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.  He is in the Ontario County Jail.
