Monroe County Clerk Adam Bello says the glitch with credit card transactions at the DMV offices has been resolved. He had halted credit card payments at local DMV offices when it was discovered a small number of citizens were being double-charged. The state Department of Motor Vehicles blamed "technical difficulties" that Bello says have now been fixed.
