Next Court Hearing Set in Case Against Congressman Chris Collins

The next court hearing has been set in Congressman Chris Collins' case.

A judge says evidence hearings are scheduled for September. Collins, who represents the 27th Congressional District, was arrested in August on insider trading charges. He has pleaded not guilty and was re-elected in November to a fourth term in office.

His trial isn't set to start until 2020.
