Federal Judge Finds NYS's Ban on Nunchucks Unconstitutional

A federal judge has ruled New York's state's ban on nunchucks is unconstitutional. The ruling came in a lawsuit brought by a Long Island man who was charged with possession of nunchucks at his home 18 years ago.

He said he used them to teach martial arts to his sons. In ruling in his favor, the judge ruled the state's ban violates the Second Amendment of the Constitution.
