Rochester police have arrested a city man for the hit-and-run last Friday night in the East End that injured two people as they crossed the street.
Thirty-three-year-old Alton Majors is charged with leaving the scene. Kristin Housel and Keith Vangrafeiland were struck by a vehicle as they crossed Alexander Street at East Avenue. The vehicle did not stop.
