Humane Law Enforcement Investigators at Lollypop Farm are hoping the public can help them find whoever is responsible for abandoning a dog in Rochester.
Officials say they found a female English Bulldog mix on November 12th on Garson Avenue. They say she was starving, lethargic, and suffering from severe neglect.
Anyone with information regarding the owner, is asked to call Humane Law Enforcement Investigators at 585-223-6500.
