Cuomo Administration Says it Met Deadline Regarding "I Love NY" Signs

The Cuomo administration says it has met the deadline to take down the illegal "I Love NY" tourism signs along the major highways.

Under a deal with federal highway regulators, roughly 400 signs will be moved to rest stops and welcome centers. Around 100 others will stay in place -- with some changes.

The state had until today to remove the 400 signs or else lose $14 million in federal highway funds.
