A Dansville man is facing charges after authorities say he stole a handgun from a home in Nunda, then sold it.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says Joseph Blizzard was arrested last week and charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal sale of a firearm.
Authorities say Blizzard stole the gun from a home on October 22nd, then took it to a home in Dansville and sold it. Deputies were able to recover the stolen gun.
The Sheriff’s Office and Dansville Police are continuing to investigate, and say additional arrests are expected.
