Police: Fairport Man Paid For Job, Didn't Finish Work

A Fairport man is accused of collecting money for a contracting job, but never did the work. According to Ontario County Sheriff’s investigators, Joal Reisman, agreed to paint several buildings at a West Bloomfield property. He allegedly accepted a $3,600 down payment and never showed up. Reisman is facing felony grand larceny charges. He was taken to the Ontario County Jail on pre-arraignment detention.
