The working group appointed by Governor Cuomo to look at how to legalize and regulate marijuana will take public comments at a listening session in Rochester tonight.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. at the Riverside Convention Center. The session is set for 6 to 8 p.m.
It's one of more than a dozen similar listening sessions being held across the state. A recent multi-agency study, led by the state Department of Health, concluded the positive effects of a regulated marijuana market in New York State outweigh the potential negative effects.
