Second Murder Trial For Rochester Man Ends in Hung Jury

A second trial for a Rochester man facing murder charges has ended in a hung jury. Andre Lewis has been tried twice for the fatal shooting of his former stepfather last year after a basketball game near Buffalo.

He had admitted shooting Robert Echols, but says it was self-defense. Lewis's first trial ended in a hung jury in May.

Prosecutors in Erie County are expected to decide in the next few weeks whether to put Lewis on trial for a third time.
