Rochester police have made two arrests in the shooting death of a city man last week.
Tasmere Kenard was gunned down shortly before 2 a.m. last Friday on Lyell Avenue, near Whitney Street.
Based on information from U.S. Marshals, a Rochester police tactical unit yesterday arrested 38-year-old Tremaine Coley on murder and robbery charges. A second man, 38-year-old Devern Duran, was arrested on a robbery charge last Saturday.
