Senator Chuck Schumer is endorsing Governor Cuomo in his bid for re-election.
Schumer said Cuomo has a deep record of progressive accomplishment, and called him a stalwart in fighting against President Trump's agenda.
With under ten days left until the Democratic primary on September 13th, Schumer said New York needs Cuomo's experience. The governor's main challenger in the primary is actress Cynthia Nixon.
