Judge Denies Bail Reduction for Woman Charged in Deadly Darien Hit and Run

A judge in Genesee County has denied a bail reduction for the woman arrested in a deadly hit and run after this month's Jason Aldean concert at Darien Lake.

Jennifer Serrano of Chautauqua County remains held on $100,000 bail. The case now goes to the grand jury. Serrano is charged with vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene. A pedestrian from Oneida County was killed.

Deputies say Serrano was pulled over later for DWI -- before they knew about the hit-and-run -- and she said nothing about it.
