Plans are in the works for a big addition at the Inn on Broadway in downtown Rochester. What is now a city-owned parking lot next door would become a six-story building with hotel rooms, apartments, a restaurant and underground parking.
The existing inn is four stories, in the historic building that for many years was the home of the University Club. City Council will have to approve the sale of the property.
