Woman Accused in Deadly Hit and Run in Darien; Pleads Not Guilty

The woman accused of hitting and killing a man after a concert last Friday night in Darien has pleaded not guilty.

Jennifer Serrano is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.  Police say she hit 18-year-old Connor Lynskey last Saturday as he was walking back from the concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater.

Moments later, Genesee County deputies say Serrano almost hit one of their patrol vehicles. That incident led to her being charged with DWI.

The hit and run was discovered hours later.
