A drug dealer charged in an opioid overdose death in Gates is headed to prison.
Brian Saez pleaded guilty last month to criminally negligent homicide in the January death of Sean Vaniderstine.
He was sentenced to 2-to-4 years in state prison, and 3 years for attempted sale of a controlled substance.
Vaniderstine was found dead shortly after he purchased illegal narcotics from Saez.
