Seneca Co. Grand Jury Indicts Waterloo Homicide Suspect

A Seneca County grand jury has indicted the man arrested after last week's double homicide in Waterloo. 

Emerson Tohafjian is charged with 19 felony counts -- including four counts of first-degree murder, four counts of first degree assault, plus three counts of contempt, three counts of burglary, and other charges. 

Tohafjian is accused of entering an apartment on Virginia Avenue in violation of three orders of protection, and shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend and her friend, and wounding a third person. 

He is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon at 1:30 pm
