Construction is underway on a mixed use development project at Eastman Business Park.
New York State Homes and Community Renewal today announced that ground has been broken for a new development called The Eastman Reserve. The new $52.9 million development will consist of commercial space as well as 187 rental units, 27 of which will be targeted to homeless young adults with access to on-site support services.
The development will be located on a previous Kodak parking lot along the western portion of Eastman Avenue.
Officials say this is the first large-scale new construction development to occur in Eastman Business Park in decades.
