Rochester Teen Facing Arson Charge After Setting Fire in Police Department

Fire investigators say a Rochester teenager set a fire yesterday at the city police department's Clinton Section office while he was being detained on criminal charges.

Seventeen-year-old Marcos Vasquez-Santiago is now facing an arson charge on top of his original drug possession and obstruction charges. Authorities say he set the fire in a police interview room, but it was quickly extinguished.
