Police say the Monroe County Sheriff's Office bomb unit removed the device safely, which was believed to be a homemade firework.

Webster Police have Ridge Road shut down right now between Gravel Road and Empire Blvd for an investigation into a suspicious device in a garage.
Police say they were called to 600 block of Ridge Road for the investigation.
Police are asking anyone in the immediate area to stay indoors.
