Bullet Just Misses 4-Year-Old on North St.

A bullet passed through a parked car and narrowly missed a four-year-old child yesterday morning on North Street in Rochester. Police say the girl suffered minor injuries from broken glass and was treated at Rochester General Hospital.

Investigators say an argument started in the 1100 block of North Street near the corner of St. Jacob Street. It turned into an altercation and then to gunfire. One of the bullets hit a car occupied by the little girl and two adults. Police say the car wasn't the intended target.

They're asking for tips from the public about who fired that shot.
