The Wyoming Co. Sheriff’s Office says the victim of a one car crash in the Town of Sheldon last month, has succumb to his injuries.
Authorities say 86-year-old Alvin Petry was driving on Route 20A on April 15th -- when he went off the road for an unknown reason and crashed into a tree.
He was taken to the hospital with apparent torso injuries.
Today, authorities announced that Petry had succumb to his injuries yesterday.
