Activists pushing for an easing of laws against marijauana say Governor Cuomo isn't progressive on pot.
The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, or NORML, recently released a report grading all U.S. governors regarding marijuana reform. Cuomo got a C-minus for what he's said and done on marijuana policy issues.
Only one Democratic governor in the entire country scored lower than Cuomo.
