Rochester Man Re-Sentenced for Killing of RIT Professor

A Rochester man's life sentence has been reduced to 25-to-life for the killing of an RIT professor.

Jerrell Henry and his girlfriend were convicted in the shooting death of Edline Chun at her home in 2013.

An appellate court later reduced Henry's conviction from first- to second-degree murder. The appellate court said there was insufficient evidence to prove Henry -- not his girlfriend -- was the person who shot and killed Chun as they both robbed her home. Henry was re-sentenced this morning.
