Irondequoit Woman Arrested in Fatal Hit-and-Run in Rochester

Rochester Police have arrested an Irondequoit woman in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident.  Nilsa Rivera, 62, was killed when she was struck on Clifford Avenue on March 2.  Police arrested 54-year-old Patricia Sprague after she turned herself in on Monday. Sprague is charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident resulting in a death, a class D felony.
