Charges are pending against a Rochester man following a rollover crash on Lake Avenue.
It happened around 6 p.m. yesterday evening when police say driver Derek Stanton lost control of his car as he turned onto Maplewood Drive.
His passenger wasn't hurt, but Stanton was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. When he's released, he'll be charged with DWI and driving without a license.
