State Assembly Majority Leader Joe Morelle is considering running for the Congressional seat vacated by the late Louise Slaughter.
Petitions for the primary have to be in by April 12th and Morelle says he needs to sit down with friends and family to quickly make a decision.
Bob Lonsberry reports Morelle -- and deputy mayor Cedric Alexander -- will both announce their candidacies Monday.
