City of Rochester and Rhinos Owners Come to Lease Agreement

The City of Rochester and the owners of the Rhinos have worked out their differences over the lease at Capelli Sport Stadium.

David and Wendy Dworkin will continue to operate Capelli Sport Stadium through the summer, and host other pro soccer games while the Rhinos are on hiatus.

They must commit to fielding a team for the 2019 season by September 1st, or the lease could be terminated. And they will have to pay an additional $40,000 in annual rent on top of the $50,000 they already pay.

The City will also get a share of beverage sales at the stadium.
