Rochester Police Release More Information Following Deadly Hit and Run

Rochester police are saying more about the hit-and-run that killed a woman walking Friday night on Clifford Avenue.

Police believe Nilsa Rivera was struck by a late model Kia Sorrento. Rivera was walking on the south edge of the street, and the vehicle was heading east.

A surveillance camera at a store recorded the impact. Police say the driver did not slow down after striking Rivera and might not have known she was hit.
