UPDATED: Authorities have identified the victim as 33-year-old Jason Covey of Williamson.

Sheriff's deputies are investigating a fatal crash in Penfield. A man driving a pickup truck was killed when his truck was hit head-on by a minivan that had crossed into his lane.
It happened around 7 a.m. on Penfield Road between Salt and Harris roads. The pickup driver died at Strong.
The driver of the minivan was taken to Rochester General to be checked out. So far, he has not been charged.
